DAVID B. ALLEN
Attorney at law David Allen was born in Lake Charles, LA, in 1953. He moved to Terrebonne Parish in 1965. After graduating from Terrebonne High School in 1971, he attended Louisiana Tech University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1976. David attended Louisiana State University Law School and graduated in 1981. He performed a clerkship with the Honorable William Brown, 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge and has been practicing law in the private sector since 1982 with a primary focus on injured persons and their families.
David is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts; the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of the Federal Courts; the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted on an ad hoc basis in Mississippi, Missouri, Rhode Island, Nevada, and Texas.
David is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Terrebonne Bar Association. He has successfully represented clients in Houma, LA, and throughout the United States who have been involved in accidents that took place in the U.S. and abroad.
